General Conditions:

Above all, it is my right as the artist to deny a commission or cancel a commission in progress for any reason. Ranging from inappropriate behavior from client, inappropriate commission requests, etc.

All commissions shall be first come, first serve. They will undoubtedly open again in the future, please remain patient.

Commissions are nonrefundable, I will work with you throughout the creation of the piece to ensure it is to your liking, but after it is finished there will be no modifications.

The client has the right to repost the commission, so long as credit is issued or the version of the piece with my watermark is posted. DO NOT use commissioned pieces for commercial usage, as an NFT, sell it, or claim the work as your own.

Commission Process:

Upon accepting the commission and subsequent client approval of piece composition and sketch, half of the payment is expected upfront. The piece shall not be continued until the payment has been sent and I have received confirmation of such.

During sketch phases, I will send various sketch updates to ensure quality, but once the sketches are completed, progress will not be sent until the piece's completion. However, the client may request updates on the work.

Small edits and changes to a finished piece are accepted, any major changes will cost an additional fee that will vary depending on the request.

A watermarked finished version of the piece will be sent at the end and the unedited version of the piece will be sent after second half of payment is received.

NOTE: I am a full-time university student + work a very active & demanding job, as such times to finish commissions may vary depending on circumstances. Please be patient with me and rest assured that I will finish the commission :]
